What does trust in technology really mean?

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, trust has become a pivotal factor shaping how users adopt and interact with technology. When systems unintentionally foster inappropriate levels of trust, the consequences can be far-reaching and even harmful. For the professionals shaping the future of technology, understanding the core principles of trust is not just important—it is vital.

Join us for a talk where we uncover what trust and trustworthiness mean in technology and pinpoint when trust becomes a game-changer. We will share insights about ongoing research on the key attributes influencing trust perceptions from both human and design perspectives.

This presentation offers valuable insights for anyone eager to deepen their understanding of trust in technology.
