Harri Kiljander is a design strategist, corporate innovator, and CEO of Alpha Design Partners, the strategic design and DesignOps consultancy he co-founded in 2020. With over 25 years of experience, he has led product, UX, and brand design in global organizations including Nokia, F-Secure, and Yousician, where he built and scaled high-performing design teams aligned with business growth. Together with Alistair Cockburn, one of the original authors of the Agile Manifesto, Harri co-authored the world’s first Agile UX Design Manifesto in 2007. He advises mobile and SaaS companies on design leadership, operating models, and value creation. Harri holds a Doctor of Technology degree in Interactive Digital Media and focuses on GenAI-enabled DesignOps to improve return on design investment and unlock new business opportunities.
